Anderson Severo holds a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), where he also earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field.He serves as Technical Manager of DERlab, the largest Brazilian laboratory for photovoltaic inverter testing in terms of installed testing capacity and testing volume, accredited by INMETRO.In addition, he acts as Rapporteur of Working Group 4 (GT4) of ABNT CEE-253 - Solar Photovoltaic Energy, contributing to the revision and development of technical standards related to the integration of photovoltaic systems into the electrical grid. Currently, the group is working on the development of a new Brazilian standard for power export control and zero-export (grid-zero) operation.

Fabio Carrara is the founder and CEO of Solfácil, Brazil's leading energy company and ecosystem focused on decentralization. Solfácil is the country's largest financier of distributed generation and ranks among the largest sellers of photovoltaic generators and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Combining financing and sales, the company has been directly involved in more than 3 GWp of distributed generation in Brazil. The company owns proprietary and patented smart meter technology that enables real-time monitoring of energy consumption and production, as well as remote asset management-facilitating ancillary grid services and the creation of Virtual Power Plants (VPPs). An active participant in the sector's coordination efforts, Fabio served on the board of ABGD (Brazilian Association of Distributed Generation) for two terms and currently serves on the board of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association). Before founding Solfácil, he was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working on strategy and business transformation projects, and Director of Business Development at Project A Ventures, a German venture builder focused on creating and scaling technology companies. He holds a degree in Engineering from USP and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bárbara Rubim is a lawyer specialized in energy sector regulation, holding an MBA in Finance from UFU. She leads Bright Strategies, a consultancy focused on structuring renewable energy businesses.Over the past five years, she has participated in the development of more than 780 MW of projects. She has also trained more than 8,300 professionals through her courses and masterclasses on Distributed Generation and the Free Energy Market.She is the Chairwoman of the ABSOLAR Council, a member of the LAC Council, and Director of Energy at FIESP.
