Daniel Pansarella is a senior executive with extensive experience in the solar energy sector, specializing in taxation, logistics, equipment supply chains, and business development for solar technologies across the Brazilian and Latin American markets. He currently serves as Public Affairs & Business Developer Latam at Trina Solar, one of the world's leading manufacturers of photovoltaic modules, trackers, and energy storage solutions. He is also Vice President for Supply Chain at the Board of ABSOLAR - the Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association - and serves as Board Advisor to companies such as Brasol, a Siemens and BlackRock company, Greener, and Pacto Energia.

Rubens Brandt is the founder and CEO of Grupo Energia. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has over 25 years of experience in the electric power sector, having held technical and executive positions at international companies such as ABB and Alstom Power in Brazil, France, and Sweden. He founded Grupo Energia 21 years ago, which has become a major player in the energy market in the areas of Owner's Engineering, Due Diligence, EPCM, Basic and Detailed Design, Feasibility Studies, and New Business Development. The company has earned a prominent position in the market by participating in more than 1,400 projects across five continents, totaling 185 GW of installed capacity in projects of varying levels of complexity, including generation, storage, and distribution. 

Mariana Goudel is a civil engineer with a graduate degree in Strategic Business Management, and she serves as Head of Sales for South America at Trina Storage. She has about 10 years of experience in the electric power sector, having worked at major multinational power generation companies, with a focus on project and business development in renewable energy, particularly solar and wind power. She works on issues related to renewable energy, energy storage (BESS), and the energy transition, leading commercial strategies, engaging with industry associations, driving market expansion, and developing the technical and economic framework for projects in South America. His work involves integrating comprehensive energy storage solutions and serving as a strategic liaison with clients, investors, utilities, EPC contractors, and regulators. With multinational experience and strategic vision, he helps drive the adoption of advanced storage technologies and accelerate the energy transition in the region.

My work focuses on open innovation, R&D project management, and business development-identifying emerging technologies, evaluating solutions, and structuring opportunities based on feasibility, impact, and strategic alignment. Throughout my career, I have accelerated AI and IoT startups, led complex multidisciplinary projects, and connected industry challenges with the innovation ecosystem. I am also a consultant specializing in innovation and strategic partnerships within the defense sector.
